Funciones

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources & Communications, the incumbent will play a two folded role: on one side he or she will take the role of an HR business partner of two different lines of business and, on the other, take ownership and lead specific Corporate HR projects worldwide.

 

  • Provide support to existing HR processes such as Performance Management and Talent Management.
  • Select, conduct interviews, provide brief appraisal reports to key stakeholders, and provide feedback, update the Company´s candidate database or talent pools.
  • Design and/or delivery of classroom, webex and online training activities.
  • Take ownership of one corporate HR project a year including design, develop, communicate, launch, gather feedback and monitor progress.
  • Partner with the Corporate Image & Communications team, providing content development hence ensuring that the Intranet is attractive, interesting and useful for employees worldwide.
  • Co design, develop and implement Corporate HR Processes in partnership with the HR team (Engagement Survey, Culture, etc).
  • Become an active member of the different HR Governance Forums.
Perfil

Degree in Psychology (Organisation) / Sociology or related studies, holder of an MBA or a graduate in Business Administration, with a Master in Human Resources and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably (but not indispensable) with a company within the Healthcare Sector. Languages: English native or bilingual (as 80% of the work delivery is in English), and good command of Spanish.  The position requires good interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be self-driven and also good team players.
