Our Training Actions focus on improving the skills and competencies of Executives, Management, Sales Staff and other qualified groups.

We use different methodologies, depending on the goal that is being sought: Traditional, training using actors or Outdoor Training.

Characteristics of Our Programs

We prefer to hold our courses on the company's premises and they are aimed at the development of skills and competencies in Executives, Upper and Middle Management, Sales Staff and Qualified Personnel.

Why Training?

In an environment characterised by the globalisation of markets (products, services, technology, capitals...) and implacable competitiveness, ongoing training needs to fulfil at least three functions:

  • One function is to permanently adapt personnel to the changing nature and contents of their posts, and to improve there competencies
